Hi Family! As I was cooking dinner tonight i figured heck why not share this recipe. It is a one pan dinner and it has one of the perfect ingredients. BACON! Now who puts bacon on chicken? I do. And it was delicious! Pretty simple to put together also and I loved the fact I only had to clean up one pan. If you dislike dishes as much as I do you will totally understand. So here we go...........(You can alter this recipe as you see fit. If you don't like onions don't put them in. You only have 2 sweet potatoes make it work..lol) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees 3 large chopped sweet potatoes 1 medium chopped onion 10 pcs chicken (I used legs and thighs) 6 oz bacon (Here is where you can add more :) 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Rays Hawaiian BBQ sauce (If you only have original it's ok) Shake of Smokehouse Maple seasoning Layer your chopped potatoes in a 9 x 13 or an 11 x 14 pan, add your chopped onion on top. Then add your chicken pieces, sprinkle that with your Smokehouse Maple seasoning. Cover that with your BBQ sauce. Then add your bacon. Cover with foil..Place in your preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking another 15 minutes. This gives your bacon a chance to crisp up... And dinner is served! For video instructions visit: Mason Jar Mamas YouTube
