This is by far my FAVORITE Mason Jar Salad!! I've had 5 at a time in my fridge and had one every day for lunch. It's a great summer meal since it's cool and refreshing. And the honey mustard dressing tastes amazing with the hard boiled egg. I really wish I had one right now...

Do you shake it up before you eat it? Or do you just work through the layers?

You could shake it up to blend the dressing. I usually just pour it out into a bowl or on a plate and mix it all up there. Enjoy! By the way...Watch for our next jar..Hoagie salad..:)

We use quart sized jars for all of our salads unless specified differently..But I know this one is a quart size as it is one of my favorites :) Thanks for stopping by!
