Happy Tuesday Family! So how is everybody doing with Christmas shopping? Thanksgiving prep? I think I have probably made more lists of what I want to do versus what I've already done. I really haven't seen a lot of good deals out there yet, however I did get some good finds at the Salvation Army the other day on Christmas decorations, not like I really needed more but one can never have enough Christmas decorations. Well Hubby thinks you can but that's another story.lol. Anyway let's get to today's recipe which is Turkey Sliders. Yes I used a lot of store bought foods for this however this would be awesome after Thanksgiving with your leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, stuffing and add some cheese in there.. So here we go....Till we meet again! Mama Carol Here are the ingredients I used... Cut your Hawaiian bread rolls in half ( I bought 2 pkgs and used an 11 X 14 pan) and layer in your baking pan (I spray it with a pan spray first so nothing sticks) Spoon your cranberry sauce on top of your rolls. You may notice some are empty. I have some picky family members (Anybody else have those?) Next add your turkey..I used Oscar Meyer only because it had a coupon.. Next goes the stuffing..(yup same picky eater..lol) Add the cheese..I used Swiss however you can use what you wish.. Melt about 1/4 cup or less of butter/margarine to brush over the tops of the buns.. Add the tops..brush with margarine/butter..sprinkle with some salt & pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. Don't these look yummy! Add some Sweet Potato fries..Enjoy!!
